Dear Residents, The Town's goal is to make sure every resident is aware that the Attainable Housing Strategy Initiative is under Montgomery County Council's review. There is no current legislation on the table. However, we do expect that the full County Council will introduce a potential Zoning Text Amendment as early as late October. So now is the time should you wish to engage.
